Birmingham 

The Faith Apostolic Church in Birmingham, Alabama is working with the Freshwater Land Trust to preserve Seven Springs and protect the habitat of an endangered species, the watercress darter, which was found on the church’s property.

The church and the trust are working together to preserve the land around Seven Springs as a nature sanctuary, mediation garden and outdoor classroom for the church’s planned environmental education center.
