Sea Otter Today, corporate special interests and some members of Congress are working to dismantle the Endangered Species Act.

Defenders is currently partnering with key Congressional leaders to ensure that our nation remains faithful to the original intent and purpose of the Act even as we work with pro-conservation members to improve the Endangered Species Act's implementation and effectiveness.
